Suspect arrested for murder of woman in motel room.
Redlands Police arrested a 23-year-old Rialto man for murder following a deadly domestic dispute. Police were called to a report of a couple fighting in a room at the Good Nite Inn in the 1600 block of Industrial Park Avenue shortly before 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 30.
When officers arrived they contacted the suspect, Kameron Hamilton, born June 22, 1988, at the door. Officers then entered the room and found the 29-year-old victim. Responding Redlands paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene. Hamilton was arrested for murder and later transported to West Valley Detention Center.
The victim’s name will be released by the San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office following notification of next of kin.
